Connecting multiple CTs to plug style 1220

Post by Frugal » Mon Aug 08, 2011 11:35 am

My wife and I are still "discussing" how many channels we need to monitor
to get the level of detail we want, but one of the likely scenarios is shown in
the attached diagram.

This requires 2 split 200 CTs on one channel of a 1220 and 2 split 100s on
the other channel. I know this can be done from previous discussions but
I need some details on how to connect them to each other and to the plugs:
Specifically, are resistors required and if so, of what values? A simple diagram
would be helpful.

The split 200s were purchased with the 1220 and the split 100s came with
the new 1240 last week.

Thanks,

See the attached diagram for information on how to connect the CTs to a 3.5 MM stereo plug.

Thanks Ben. That should be easy to put together.
