Worked fine for me. No problems. I use a Mac OS X.

I'm at a complete loss as to what the problem could be at the moment besides the program doesn't support a 32 bit operating system?

Maybe the computers are missing some kind of dependency like was seen in the back up utility like the NET frame work?

I just installed on both my black and silver Dashbox's. Installed with no issues
