I have had my Dashbox and GEMs setup for couple years and all has worked great. Recently changed my IT infrastructure and updated IP network scheme. Changed the IP address of Dashbax from 192.168.1.6 to 10.10.1.10
I can connect to Dashbox, login and change anything I need. I can connect to GEMs (10.10.1.10:8001 and 10.10.1.10:8002) and see live data and change any configurations. But the Dashbox is not seeing any data from the GEM units. When I check settings in Dashbox it all looks okay and I can click on live data and see data. But when I check status in Dashbox it shows nothing. I am sure I am missing something simple here but can not figure it out. I have power rebooted the entire system and still no change.
Any help would be appreciated. Should be noted I can change it back to original IP address (192.168.1.6) and it works fine and all data is present.

Can you email me over the network settings on the new network you saved and also the DashBox F/W version in the footer?BMun1964 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 15, 2023 8:57 amI have had my Dashbox and GEMs setup for couple years and all has worked great. HI Ben,
I was offline for a week and then sent you a reply via email back on July 26th. I am not sure if you ever received or replied as I never received a reply. It might be that my spam filter blocked your reply. Apologies if it blocked the reply. Were you able to provide any guidance on this issue?

Hey Bob,
Try out this version on the DashBox after configuring for the new network:

I think what's happening is it has some old DNS resolution information stuck so when you switch over and reboot it's unable to pull time. This is indicative by the "Loading..." at the top of the screen (you can also check Settings->System->Adjust Clock).
